Suspension System Options

The helmet offers a choice between a self-sizing 6-point pinlock suspension (RS6PC) and a 6-point dielectric Flex-Gear® ratchet suspension (RS6RC). The 6-point suspension system provides a comfortable and secure fit while distributing energy across three crossed straps attached at six points.

Pinlock Suspension Features

The pinlock suspension includes incremental sizing of 1/16" (5mm), making it easy to achieve a secure fit. It has vertical adjustment capability with two adjustments in the front, two on the sides, and three in the rear. These size adjustments allow the headband to be centered inside the shell, improving balance and comfort.

Ratchet Suspension Features

The ratchet suspension can be adjusted between hat sizes 6 1/2" and 8". It also includes vertical adjustment capability with two adjustments in the front, two on the sides, and three in the rear for a secure fit across different head sizes.

Comfort & Fit

Wide 1-inch crown straps enhance comfort and help the suspension system absorb energy. The round, wide crown area allows for good ventilation. A replaceable cotton brow pad adds comfort and helps keep the wearer cool by pulling moisture away from the skin.

Customization

The helmet supports pad printing in up to eight different locations, with logos accommodating up to six colors per location.
