Refund policy

Exchanges

You may exchange any unused item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it is returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement item to you at no additional shipping cost.

Defective/Damaged Merchandise 

We take utmost care in packaging and delivering quality products to our customers, but in the unlikely event that you receive an item that either has a defect or is damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.

More-so, we ask that you please carefully inspect each product upon delivery.  It is important that any visible damage must be noted at the time of delivery so that a shipping claim may be filed.  

Return and Refund

Except for non-returnable items, all unopened and unused products purchased at mannsupply.com can be returned within 14 days of receiving the item, provided you have a return confirmation from us.  

You will need a confirmation from Mann Supply. Please do not ship an item back without first contacting us.  We will guide you on our return procedure. 

Please note that you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. When we receive it, we will refund you minus the initial shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee. If the fault is ours, there will be no restocking fee, and we will provide a free shipping label to you.

Warranty

All products purchased from Mann Supply are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, where applicable. Warranty coverage, terms, and duration are determined solely by the manufacturer.

Mann Supply does not provide any additional warranty beyond that offered by the manufacturer. If you require warranty assistance, please contact us and we will help facilitate the warranty process whenever possible.

Order Cancellations 

Orders placed on mannsupply.com or over the phone are processed very quickly and because of this, it is difficult to cancel orders after they have been placed.  

There is a small 30-minute window, during which the order is being processed, between when the order was placed and when it is submitted.
