Suspension System Options

The helmet offers a choice between a self-sizing 4-point pinlock suspension (RS4PC) and a 4-point dielectric Flex-Gear ratchet suspension (RS4RC). This upgraded suspension system is designed to provide a more comfortable and secure fit.

Pinlock Suspension Features

The pinlock suspension includes incremental sizing of 1/16" (5mm), making it easier to achieve a precise and secure fit.

Ratchet Suspension Features

The ratchet suspension can be adjusted between hat sizes 6 1/2" and 8", allowing flexibility for different head sizes.

Comfort & Fit

The helmet features a replaceable cotton brow pad that is pillowed for maximum comfort. Velcro replacement brow pads are available in absorbent cotton, cooling material, or vinyl. It also includes vertical height adjustment capability, with two adjustments in the front and two in the rear, allowing for a personalized and secure fit. Additionally, it is one of the lightest helmets in its class, enhancing overall comfort during extended use.

Ventilation & Design

A vented shell design improves airflow, increasing ventilation and worker comfort. The helmet also features the distinctive Three-Rib trademark and is made in the USA.

Accessory Compatibility

Accessory slots are built into the design, enabling easy attachment of various accessories such as earmuffs and face protection, including products from other manufacturers.

Customization

The helmet allows pad printing in up to eight different locations, with logos supporting up to six colors per location.
