For use with the i7500 Industrial Label Printer
  • Ideal for high-precision detail printing including smaller fonts, high-density linear barcodes and 2D barcodes
  • Only Brady i7500 print heads can be used in the i7500 printer
  • It is highly recommended that printhead replacements or head dpi change be completed by Brady Technical Support which includes ESD-handling and a factory fine-tuning with head alignment.
  • Printheads can be changed out by user to a replacement 300 dpi head or with 600 dpi head so long as printer has firmware v2.0 or above (ESD grounding and gloves recommended)
  • To optimize printhead life: clean head regularly with IPA cleaning swabs (#PCK-6), replace worn/rough platen rollers, use narrow rollers when printing narrow ribbon/narrow label combinations and avoid unnecessary high printhead heat settings
  • Damage to printhead due to user installation is not covered under warranty
  • Warranty on replacement printheads is 1 year or 1million linear inches - see warranty policy for details
